Sprinkler Install

  • When we install a new sprinkler system, we focus on quality not quantity. Our style maximizes the water usage from each sprinkler head and zone so you don’t end up with an excessive amount of equipment in your lawn.

  • We determine pricing after we do a thorough inspection of your property, project and water pressure. This means that we may need access to a water source in either the crawl space or well so that we can design the layout for your system and provide an estimate.

Start-up and Winterization

  • A proper start-up or winterization (blowout) can make or break a system. During our start-up, we thoroughly check your system to see if any damage occurred over the winter. We include any minor repairs as part of the start-up fee and appointment. Major repairs may incur an additional cost.

    Winterization, a.k.a. a sprinkler blowout is a simple process of feeding compressed air to your system to remove all water. This ensures that the water won’t freeze, expand and cause unseen leaks in cold temperatures.

  • Start-ups: $125 - adjusted for major repairs
    Winterization: $75 - adjusted for larger systems

  • Unsure what the problem is? We can both diagnose and conduct simple repairs and adjustments in one appointment (complex repairs will require additional scoping).

    Need a change to the layout or design of your system? We can help you accommodate any landscape change with the least amount of disruption to your current system. Remodels are scoped specifically to your needs.

  • Repair - $125 for a service call which includes minor repairs - adjusted for major repairs
